Altair Expands Reach of HyperWorks with New Canadian Channel Partners
Thumbprint Solutions and MFAC Unite to Distribute and Support HyperWorks Platform
TROY, MI (June 5, 2008) – Altair announced today the addition of Thumbprint Solutions Inc. (TSI) and Metal Forming Analysis Corporation (MFAC) to the HyperWorks Channel Partner Program, further expanding the reach of the HyperWorks platform in Canada. In addition to promoting and distributing HyperWorks in Canada, TSI will also serve the first-line of technical support for its Canadian customers.
“TSI has been a long-time user and supporter of Altair’s HyperWorks, and we are excited to strengthen our relationship with Altair to further promote and support the HyperWorks solution,” said Markus Hetzler, TSI President.
HyperWorks is a suite of enterprise analytic applications that includes statistical, database, visualization and simulation software to help companies make better business decisions. Altair has expanded the HyperWorks platform to include new, third party-software applications under one simple licensing system, delivering more than 40 individual software solutions to customers.
"We are very pleased to be able to offer Altair Hyperworks to our customers," said Chris Galbraith, President of Metal Forming Analysis Corporation. "Hypermesh is widely used as a pre-processor for LS-DYNA, and with Altair's unique software licensing system, our customers who use HyperMesh are also able to access a wide offering of complementary software products."
Altair‘s Channel Partner Program is extremely successful with more than 60 channel partners in 18 countries.
“Altair’s vision for HyperWorks is to create a single, open platform allowing users to access a broad suite of applications that help enterprises make better business decisions,” said Bob Little, Altair Canada President. “HyperWorks has the industry’s best technology and uses a revolutionary software licensing system – we are also expanding the reach of our product worldwide through our Channel Partner Program. Altair is excited to have leading companies like TSI and MFAC join forces with us.”
